Beijer Components leaders unite in Stockholm to drive future growth

Senior leaders from Beijer Components businesses gathered in Stockholm from 12–14 October for the group's 2026 Leadership Conference, with organic growth, acquisitions and greater collaboration...

Bringing together colleagues from across its international portfolio, the conference focused on how businesses can build on their individual strengths, share knowledge and identify new opportunities for growth.

The programme combined business area presentations, financial perspectives and discussions focused on business development, acquisitions and future growth.

Collaboration supporting growth

The conference also highlighted examples of collaboration between Beijer Components businesses, including the growing partnership between UK-based Metrol and US-based Plymouth Springs, which is helping to create new opportunities for growth in North America.

The example reflects the value of sharing knowledge and experience within the group, while allowing individual businesses to retain their entrepreneurial independence.

Building connections for the future

Alongside the business discussions, the conference provided an opportunity for leaders to exchange experiences, strengthen relationships and explore opportunities for cooperation between businesses.

These connections play an important role in Beijer Components’ decentralised approach, where companies retain their individual identities and leadership while benefiting from the experience and capabilities of the wider group.

The conference concluded with a shared focus on developing existing businesses, identifying future acquisition opportunities and supporting sustainable long-term growth.
