Lesjöfors AB, the parent company of the commonly named Lesjofors Group, a global leader in industrial springs and pressings, today announced that it will change its name to Beijer Components AB. The change reflects the company’s expanded industrial scope and its role within Beijer Alma.

With this change, Beijer Components becomes one of Beijer Alma’s two subsidiaries, alongside Beijer Tech.
Beijer Components provides a structured platform for a global portfolio of specialized component companies, supporting continued growth and diversification across a wider range of industrial sectors.
Beijer Alma AB is an international listed industrial group with nearly 70 companies focused on industrial components, technical solutions and niche products and is listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm Large Cap list.
Continuity of the Lesjöfors brand
Lesjöfors continues as a core brand within Beijer Components and remains a leading name in springs and pressings.
The name change relates solely to the parent company and does not affect Lesjöfors’ market position, brand identity or day-to-day operations.
